Spring May Still Be 6 Weeks Away, But Your New Mortgage Does Not Have To Be

HAPPY GROUNDHOG DAY!

This morning, three groundhogs across Canada awoke from their burrows to decide whether we will have a long winter, or an early spring. The two groundhogs in Eastern Canada popped out of their burrows, not seeing their shadows and announcing to the country that SPRING WILL ARRIVE EARLY!

Unfortunately, this was not the case for our local Albertan groundhog. This morning, Balzac Billy saw his shadow, deciding that we still have 6 more weeks of winter ahead of us.
We are really hoping that little Billy is wrong.
