The title to this article (linked) may make a reverse mortgage sound like it should be your last choice. We are here to tell you that this is not the case!

There are definite benefits to this type of mortgage that can allow those in retirement to stay in their home rather than selling. In the past, reverse mortgages have had higher costs, interest rates and terms that were not alway appealing to everyone.
Today, I am attending a workshop to become an accredited CHIP specialist. This specialization will allow me to advise my clients properly on this product.
