Home Buying 101

What a great evening! Last night our team presented at an event created and hosted by Travis Hawryluk and Associates. The event was designed to give “the complete package” of information to those interested in purchasing a home. Jordan and myself presented the entire mortgage process from some the first time we talk with our clients until the day they take possession. Travis followed, explaining the overall process and the ways in which a REALTOR® will make your experience as smooth as possible. Lastly, Josh Allen of Mainstreet Law presented the worst-case scenarios clients may encounter and how to avoid these situations.

It was an extremely beneficial information session for anyone who is looking to buy their first home, invest in real estate, or simply have some questions answered about the process.
