Rates Are On The Rise

Rates are on the rise again, this latest rate hike will see lender increase their  prime lending rate, which will in turn see rates on Home Equity Secured Lines of Credit rise along with Variable rate mortgages. It might be time to lock in your variable rate mortgage or switch your line of credit into a fixed rate.
