Meet the staff from the Holly Cochrane Mortgage Team!

The Holly Cochrane Mortgage team is a group of people that work together to support clients through the mortgage process. Our goal is to be with our clients every step of the way and to provide exceptional customer service. The team has a wealth of knowledge and industry experience and we consider ourselves lucky because we not only like our work, but we also enjoy working together!

I wanted to individually introduce the team members and this week we are starting with Ian Arnot.

Ian Arnot is a successful mortgage industry veteran, having worked in the financial services industry for more than 30 years. During that time he has developed extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial mortgages and has helped thousands with his professional, friendly and straightforward approach. Prior to joining Mortgage Architects, Ian held a series of progressively senior roles with TD Canada Trust, one of the country’s leading largest mortgage lenders. As district manager Eastern Canada and as a member of the senior management team he led the expansion of the mobile mortgage specialist group into the province of Quebec. Prior to that, Ian was an award winning sales manager who built, grew and coached a team of mortgage specialists in Eastern Canada to become one of the top performing teams in the country.

Fun Facts: Ian recently became a grandfather. Now he gets to enjoy being a grandpa and spoiling the grandkids!
